In this role, you will become a domain expert, get to know our clients in depth, and help them succeed. Be it by contributing to better products, by completing projects, or by supporting them in solving their geospatial challenges.

Job Details

Responsibilities

 

  • You help clients make environmental and spatial data more accessible and usable through implementing data flows and interfaces for using data in a wide range of consulting projects
  • As part of our customer success team, you help clients by analysing their requests and resolving them together via a service desk.
  • As an internal power user, you also act as an advocate for users. You help with testing new software releases and provide feedback to the product development and operations team.

 

Your Profile

 

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Geoinformatics, Environmental Sciences or Engineering, or similar courses
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German (B2+) and English (B2+)

 

Bonus Qualifications

 

  • Geospatial/GIS or ETL/Integration domain knowledge
  • Experience with at least one programming language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
