This geodata must be harmonised and provided according to defined data delivery regulations.<\/p>\n<p>To make this process run smoothly, wetransform developed the ISA-Konverter.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wetransform.to\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ISA-Konverter-2-reporting-to-Bundesnetzagentur.png\" alt=\"An arrow runs from an image of Germany, overlaid with network-lines, to the logo of the Bundesnetzagentur. Centrally, disappearing behind the map, is a partial screenshot from the ISA-Konverter:\n&quot;result.shp\ntransform.log\nerror.log\nsystem.log\nreports.log\nBUILD SUCCESSFUL&quot; In the bottom left is the wetransform logo.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With the help of the ISA-Konverter, road and infrastructure data is automatically transformed and harmonised according to the required data delivery specifications.<\/p>\n<p>The ISA-Konverter supports a wide range of connections, from individual geodatabases and geoportals to interfaces with common data management tools for infrastructure and road data. <\/p>\n<p><strong>For example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/novasib.info\/\">TT-SIB INFOSYS<\/a><br \/>\nA web-based information, maintenance, and analysis system for the road information database. The solution supports road construction authorities in the structured management, visualization, and analysis of road data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfr-abwasser.de\/html\/A7ISYBAU_ATF_XML.html\">ISYBAU<\/a><br \/>\nWastewater exchange formats that facilitate standardised data exchange between the client (e.g., state construction management) and the contractor (e.g., engineering firm) or other project participants (e.g., surveying firm or inspection company).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.okstra.de\/\">OKSTRA<\/a><br \/>\nA comprehensive German standard that covers all areas from road design to inventory documentation to the recording of traffic data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sib-bauwerke.de\/\">SIB-Bauwerke v 1.9<\/a><br \/>\nAn IT product developed by the federal and state road construction authorities for the recording, evaluating, and analysing of structural data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wetransform.to\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ISA-Konverter-3-rollout-isa-konverter-so-far.png\" alt=\"The rollout of the ISA-Konverter as of September 15th, 2026: Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saxony.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The ISA-Konverter supports the important data harmonisation of network infrastructure data in Germany. The development project, funded and financed by the German Federal Ministry for Transport (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmv.de\/\">\u201cBundesministerium f\u00fcr Verkehr\u201d (BMV)<\/a>, formerly the &quot;Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Digitales &amp; Verkehr&quot;), ran for one year and has now reached the deployment and maintenance phase.
